Integris Welcomes New Team Members

Integris Wealth Management is delighted to have Cynthia Guerrero and Rebecca Ricks join us as the newest members of our team.

Cynthia Guerrero joins us in the role of Paraplanner and will be working closely with our Advisors to develop financial plans.

Cynthia recently graduated from CSU Monterey Bay with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Financial Planning and is an alumni of our internship program at Integris.

In her free time, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her family and her three cats.

When asked about what sparked her interest in financial planning, Cynthia said, “I developed a passion for finance during my second year of undergrad when I began a tutoring position at CSUMBs cooperative learning center supporting students in finance and Microsoft Excel. I enjoyed my role as a tutor as it motivated me to become proficient in these areas to best support students. I believe that being financially literate is an important and transferable skill. I also enjoy being the person my family goes to for advice and helping them understand their circumstances in hopes that they will achieve their financial goals.”

Rebecca Ricks joins us in the role of Office Assistant and will support the daily administrative needs of the firm, assist the entire team in maintaining exceptional client service, and set the initial impression when a client walks in the door or calls on the phone.

Rebecca brings over 10 years of customer service and administrative experience to Integris.

When Rebecca is not working at Integris, she enjoys film photography, thrift shopping, hiking, gardening, reading, and quality time with her family.

On why she chose to work at Integris, Rebecca said, “I greatly admire the Mission Statement of Integris, “Be the firm we would hire for ourselves” and felt it aligned with my own, “Treat others the way you would like to be treated”. I look forward to growing and taking on new knowledge in my role with the company.”

We also wanted to make a special mention of Kaden Marshall, who started his first day as our Fall Intern on November 4th. During his internship, Kaden will take part in a 6-week rotation to gain career experience in our Advisory, Client Operations, Investment Operations, and Marketing teams.

Kaden is currently a Junior at CSUMB and said, “I first gained an interest in finance through my financial accounting professor. After I graduate from college, my plan is to pass the CFP exam and become a financial advisor. My academic goal is to achieve a 4.0 GPA for the remainder of my college years. ” said Kaden.

When asked about his internship experience, Kaden said, “The internship been incredibly rewarding so far, and I’m extremely thankful for the opportunity to work alongside established professionals. I’m looking forward to picking their brains, observing in client meetings, and contributing anywhere and everywhere I can. ”
