Integris Welcomes New Team Members

Integris Wealth Management is delighted to have Heidi Bohn, Tanya Stanberry, Michelle Arroyo, Daniel Morones-Garcia, and Estella Leavy officially join us as the newest members of our team. It’s been less than a month since some of our new colleagues joined, but they’ve already jumped into action and leaned into their roles.

Heidi Bohn takes over the Client Service Associate position vacated by Will Perkins, who is now pursuing a career as a high school math teacher. As a Client Service Associate, Heidi will be serving our clients by providing exceptional client operations support and service.

Heidi brings over 8 years of client service experience in the finance industry to Integris and most recently served as a Senior Branch Office Administrator for Edward Jones.

In her free time, Heidi loves international travel and spending time with friends at local wineries.

Heidi says, “What ultimately brought me to Integris was my desire to work with a company who genuinely cares about their clients in a conscious, collaborative, and compassionate way. All of which aligns with my own internal belief of always doing what is best for the client.”

Tanya Stanberry joins us in the role of Client Service Associate and will also be serving our clients by providing exceptional client operations support and service.

Tanya brings over 30 years of client service experience to Integris. In her role prior, Tanya served as a Client Service Representative for the Social Security Administration’s national 800 line.

When Tanya is not working at Integris, she enjoys gardening, classical guitar, abstract painting and wood sculpture.

When asked why she chose to work at Integris, Tanya says, “I was attracted by the collaborative team approach and impressed by the mission statement. Everyone has been individually welcoming, and the team approach is evident in all of the procedures I am learning.”

Michelle Arroyo joins us in the role of Office Manager and will be assisting our Chief Operating Officer, Kevin Mahoney, with the administrative functions of the firm. Her responsibilities will include assisting with the firm’s technology oversight, human resources, facility management, vendor relationships, internal policy and procedures, and much more.

Michelle brings over 15 years of administrative and organizational mastery to the Integris office. She served as an Administrator for a corporate investment firm prior to joining Integris.

When Michelle isn’t working, she loves cooking, baking, and exploring the great outdoors.

On why she chose to work at Integris, Michelle says “I felt that Integris offered the best of both worlds, caring for the client and valuing the employee. Steve Jobs said “Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do.” I believe I have found that with Integris.”

Daniel Morones-Garcia and Estella Leavy started their first day as Summer Interns on June 15th. During their internship, Daniel and Estella will take part in a 2-month rotation to gain career experience in our Advisory, Client Operations, Investment Operations, and Marketing teams.

“What I enjoyed most about my Internship experience so far is the work environment. Everyone is so kind and helpful with everything, and I feel welcome. I really got to enjoy sitting in on one of the client meetings as it really gave me a sense of understanding of what Integris does. And what they do is far more than just a financial plan. Integris gives you peace of mind in an uncertain financial world, while also accommodating to clients specific needs,” says Daniel.

Estella says, “What I love the most about being a part of Integris is the fact that everybody here seems like they are really interested in teaching me and Daniel. From the day I started, everybody was very welcoming. I also love the whole environment of the firm, everybody seems to really enjoy working with each other, which makes the office have a very positive energy.”
